This agreement indicates that by placing an order for products on www.fairnessco.com you acknowledge to be bound by our terms and conditions. Preferably, all the payments that you make here must be with your own credit card and should have sufficient funds to make the payment. Relevant authorities will be reported in case of misuse or illegal use of credit cards. Fairnessco reserves the right to suspend or cancel your order of registration with immediate effect in such case of breach of its terms and conditions.

Ordering:

To place an order with us you can proceed as a guest customer or register yourself on our website. For placing an order you just need to select the products and their quantity and then add them to shopping basket. You can always select desired choice of color, size or shade. Once the product is added in the basket you can proceed to our simple checkout page and fill in the required details. Fill in at least one address to select it as your billing and delivery address. The billing address has to be the address where your credit or debit card is registered. Also, you have the option to update your billing address under the Payment methods in case it’s different from your shipping address.

Payments:

Once all the required details on the Checkout page are filled, you can click on Proceed to Pay. Paying online by using your credit/debit cards is the quickest and safest method to make the payment. For your order to be successfully placed, the payment transaction has to be approved by the bank. It is important for you to know the delivery charges and that will be displayed under Shipping methods in Checkout Page. Presently we have only standard shipping option available on our website and it will be selected automatically once you proceed to place the order.Please refer line number 17 on the Frequently Asked Questions for the delivery charges details. Once you fill in all the details on Barclay Payment page and click on submit button your card will be charged automatically.Barclays handles this automated and secure payment process. Please note that we at www.fairnessco.comaccept all the debit/credit cards other than the American Express Card.

VAT:

All the prices on our website include the VAT.

Processing:

Your order starts processing as soon as we receive a clear payment for your order. The orders are processed quicker and posted on same day or latest by next working day if all the items are available and are in stock. However, in case any of the items are not in stock, you will be informed by our customer support team through phone or email. In such case we always wait for your advice about giving you a full refund or choosing an alternative or related product.

Products:

Sometimes the products might have a new packaging as compared to the image that is shown on the website. However, if the product is same and only the packaging is new in such case it will be considered as the same product.

Cancellation:

You can cancel your order on the same day before 12pm GMT (if your order is still with us and not dispatched) otherwise we may dispatch you order. If by any chance you are unable to inform us on time and the order is already dispatched in such case then the only way to cancel that order is to wait until you receive your order and then send them back to us to get the refund for the total amount you are charged for the products.

Posting and Packaging:

Since we use Royal Mail for the shipment of all the products that is why we are not able to add any further instructions for their drivers which means we expect you or someone to be at home to receive your package. We use completely tracked and signed service and we also send you parcel tracking reference number in your email address once your parcel is shipped from our end. Bigger boxes cannot be sent through Royal Mail because of the service specifications and the parcels are always sent to the delivery address provided by you.

Delivery:

As soon as you receive the parcel you are requested to make sure that it is not opened or damaged. If in case if you find any such thing, immediately tell the postman/driver and also inform us about the same. The invoice for your product is always included in the parcel. Supposedly if you are not at home then the delivery person may leave a contact card for you which means you should visit your nearest post office or Depot to collect your package. You are advised to bring your ID proof and your tracking number to collect the parcel and once you receive it make sure it is not opened or damaged.In case you do not receive your parcel within 14 to 21 days you are requested to let us know as soon as possible so that we can find it for you.

Nothing can be done before 14 days and this is due to the policies defined by the shippers. In such cases, we always need a written email from your side stating that you could not receive your parcel. Then, the shippers may take time of another 4 weeks before they can get back to us with the investigation report. As per their terms and conditions we need to wait for this time frame. There is absolutely no way to make this procedure quicker or earlier. No sooner wereceive the feedback from the shippers and we immediately resend you new items or else you can also ask us to make a refund for you. Sometimes this might happen because of a spelling error while typing in your delivery address so please make sure that you provide us correct delivery address. The delivery estimated time is 2 to 3 working days for the standard post and this time is treated only when you place your orders before 1pm GMT. Any orders you place after 1 pm will be processed next morning. The delivery time does not include public holidays or weekends. For the orders overseas, you may have to pay a custom duty; this depends upon the law of your country.

NOTE:We cannot be held responsible for items delayed in the postal system as this is not in our control.

Right to Cancel:

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without stating any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days later the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. To exercise this, right of cancellation, you must inform us at customercare@fairnessco.com stating your order reference and your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (by an e-mail). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

cancellation:In case you cancel this order, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery but we may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of careless handling by you.

Reimbursement will be made by us with undue delay, and not later than –
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back the products from you
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide us with the evidence that you have returned the goods, or
(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

Reimbursement will be made by us using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. Reimbursement can be put on hold until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the products to us before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the expenses of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The Right to cancel does not apply to the following kind of contracts:

• Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.

• Contracts for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

• Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

• Contracts for the supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

Liability:

The cost of returning anyproduct to us is your liability. Refund related to Postage charges are only done when the goods are confirmed as faulty or any wrong item has been shipped. How long does the return take? Please allow 3 -4 business days from the date we have received the parcel from you for the item(s) to be checked and for the return to be processed.
NOTE:Exchanges are subject to availability. If replacement stock is not available a refund will be issued for the same item.

Warranties:

If it is an electrical product that comes with the manufacturer’s warranty then it can be returned directly to the manufacturer. Or else, you can also send them back to us so that we can send them to the manufacturer on your behalf. To claim the warrantyfor you through us please make sure that you are sending it in a proper box and with proper packing and with accessories (if any is there) along with the invoice. You are responsible to pay all the posting charges for handling your warranty claim with the manufacturer.

Refunds:

In case of refunds related to any of the product purchased from our website, the amount can only be refunded back to the same credit/debit card that you used to make the purchase initially. All the refunds take minimum 8 to 10 working days from the date when the refund request is posted. If a refund request is for any damaged or lost parcel, the refund will not take place until the shippers provide us their feedback of investigation. If a refund isrequestedfor any faulty product which covers a manufacturer’s warranty, the refund shall take place only after getting a feedback from the manufacturer.

Free Shipping within UK:

We provide free shipping for domestic orders (United Kingdom) if the cart value is more than £49 however there is a cap of maximum 4kg product weight. If the total product weight goes beyond 4kg there would be an addition of £4.99 for every 2kg weight.

Offers:

Discount Codes are not valid for special offer products. If you have any such product added to the cart it will be exempted from the total value.
